The Unitary Executive
Did you know that President Bush subscribes to the "Unitary Executive" constitutional theory?
It (Unitary Executive theory) stipulates that under the constitution, the president has supreme
control over all executive branches of government and that Congress has
very limited power to divest him of that authority.
No wonder he acts like he is the supreme ruler. Congress has definitely shown themselves to be powerless against the President.
